Communication with beauty brands:
Networking and collaborating: You will be the central point of contact for our partners and will manage both new and existing retail media campaigns. You will maintain relationships with our beauty brands and ensure a smooth flow of information.
Creative exchange of ideas: Together with the brands, you will develop innovative concepts and strategies to create successful and appealing campaigns.
Supporting the team through independent management of beauty brands:
Responsibility and initiative: You will independently take on the management of selected beauty brands and support our team in implementing campaigns. This gives you the opportunity to manage projects on your own and demonstrate your organizational skills.
Project management: From planning and coordination to monitoring the campaigns – you will ensure that all goals are achieved and that the projects are successfully completed.
Creation and analysis of reports for retail media campaigns:
Data analysis made easy: You will create exciting and detailed reports on our retail media campaigns. In doing so, you will identify trends and discover opportunities to make our campaigns even more successful.
Valuable insights: Your analyses provide us with valuable findings and directly contribute to the further development of our strategies. This allows you to further develop your analytical skills and have a direct impact on the success of our campaigns.
YOUR SKILLS
You are studying marketing, communications, business administration or a related field (including e-commerce and digital-focused programs), or you are in a gap year between your bachelor’s and master’s degree.
You are eager and enthusiastic about taking on new challenges and are excited to tackle new, unfamiliar tasks.
You work independently, combined with a high level of accuracy and service orientation.
You have already gained initial work experience through previous internships.
You have advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
You have fluent German and English skills (at least C1 level).
You bring a hands-on mentality and enjoy thinking outside the box.
