Your area of work

Clearstream Holding AG is seeking a talented and reliable intern for Global RM, Sales & Client Services. This role demands a strong sense of urgency and the ability to work independently on assignments with good judgment. The right candidate will have a strong bias for action, "can-do" attitude and the ability to handle multiple requests and tasks simultaneously.

Your responsibilities

You will support various projects in administrative and organisational tasks You will prepare various correspondence and documents for the management; edit and proof correspondence and documents You will be responsible for the maintenance and improvement of Global RM, Sales & Client Services SharePoint and subsequent pages You will track and drive follow-up on outstanding action items

Your profile

You are enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree programme with a recognized institution focusing on Finance, Business Administration or similar and can provide an internship agreement. Furthermore, we offer the possibility of an orientation internship, whereby you are currently in a gap-year after your bachelor's or master's degree in the above-mentioned fields of study - in this case, an enrolment is not required You have excellent Outlook and Microsoft Office skills You are fluent in English (written and spoken), German will be considered as an asset
