Job Description
support global leadership and talent initiatives to foster development and growth
contribute to feedback cycles and goal-setting processes to strengthen performance management
assist with coaching formats and 360° feedback processes to further develop our leaders
help organize events and strengthen our internal leadership community
analyze data and trends to enhance talent and reward systems
coordinate workshops and contribute to projects on AI and leadership to drive innovation
Qualifications
you are studying psychology, business, or social sciences with a focus on HR, ideally at the master’s level
first practical experience from internships, preferably in HR or related areas
confident in using MS Office and communicating with different stakeholders
curious about using AI tools to enhance and simplify daily work
reliable, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively
excellent written and spoken German and English skills
