Please note that this is a full-time, on-site position in Berlin and C2-level Italian proficiency is required.
What You’ll Do?
Engage with potential customers
via email, phone, and other channels to introduce them to Reonic’s solutions
Conduct product demonstrations
and explain the features and benefits of our platform
Assist in onboarding new customers
, ensuring a smooth transition to using our tool
Manage customer accounts
, tracking progress, addressing concerns, and identifying upselling opportunities
Follow up with leads and existing customers
to ensure they are maximizing the value of Reonic's products
Help create customer success materials
, including training documents, product guides, and FAQs
Monitor customer feedback
and gather insights to improve sales and customer success strategies
Collaborate with internal teams
(Sales, Product, and Support) to resolve customer issues and optimize interactions
Provide administrative support
, maintaining customer records and tracking key engagement metrics
What Makes You a Great Fit ?
Currently pursuing
a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field
?
Strong interest
in
customer success, sales, and customer engagement
Highly
organized
, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
A
proactive, customer-first mindset
, eager to learn and grow
?
Excellent Italian & English skills
(additional European languages are a plus)
Available for a 3-6 month internship in our Berlin office
