What you will do
Provide support in day-to-day operations, assisting with routine laboratory and project-related tasks focused on pressure-sensitive adhesives (PSA) for display applications. Contribute to the formulation and coating of UV-curable optically clear adhesives (OCA), ensuring consistency, quality, and adherence to technical specifications. Conduct sample preparation and testing of adhesive materials to evaluate performance characteristics such as adhesion strength, optical clarity, and curing behavior. Perform data analysis and documentation, compiling test results into detailed reports to support product development and process optimization. Collaborate closely with the R&D and production teams to troubleshoot issues, improve formulations, and support ongoing development projects.
What you will need
Demonstrate strong self-organization and effective time management skills, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard. Ability to work independently with a proactive and solution-oriented approach. Show quick comprehension and the ability to apply new methods and techniques effectively in a dynamic environment. Integrate well into international and cross-functional teams, contributing to collaborative and productive working relationships. Possesses practical experience in laboratory work, including hands-on involvement in formulation, testing, and analytical procedures.
