Organizing career fairs, university events and workshops Developing innovative HR marketing formats with a focus on social media Managing employer branding projects to successfully position our employer brand #CareChangesEverything across top talents Supporting online recruitment marketing campaigns Managing employer rating platforms Management and development of our global Corporate Influencer Program

Your Profile

Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (e.g., marketing, psychology, HR management) or currently in a gap year Initial practical experience in human resources and marketing Very good German language skills and practical English language skills Strong analytical thinking and a structured working approach Open, communicative, and hands-on personality Based in Hamburg or willing to relocate to Hamburg for the duration of the internship
