You support our team as
INTERN / WORKING STUDENT IN THE FIELD OF EMPLOYER BRANDING & PERSONNEL MARKETING (F/M/D)
Responsibilities


You will support the team in the implementation of HR marketing & employer branding campaigns You will prepare Freudenberg's presence at career fairs and in-house events You will independently conduct research and analysis projects to identify new trends in the field of HR marketing & employer branding You will carry out community management on employer rating portals such as Kununu You support the team with administrative issues You support the organization and implementation of all planned Form Student Germany activities and are responsible for internal preparation and follow-up Qualifications


You are at least in the 3rd semester of your studies in economics, communications, marketing or event management or in a comparable course of study You have already gained some practical experience in the HR environment, e.g. through internships or as a working student You are characterized by a high level of commitment, an independent and structured way of working and reliability Your strengths include excellent communication skills in dealing with various internal interfaces and external contacts You feel comfortable working with Microsoft Office As our team is internationally oriented, very good German and English language skills are essential The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
