Advisory & Financing Solutions

provide comprehensive support to corporate clients across strategic and financial needs. This includes tailored advice on M&A, capital structure optimization, and strategic transactions, as well as customized financing solutions such as syndicated loans, leveraged finance, and structured lending.





As part of

Sectors and M&A Advisory

you will be involved in strategic M&A projects across all deal phases on both buy-side and sell-side processes. Additionally, you will collaborate with Equity and Debt Capital Markets teams in the context of public and private equity offerings and debt financing, supporting origination and execution capabilities across the full product suite.

What you'll be doing

Work within a leading financial advisory practice offering a full range of investment banking services Join a dynamic team involved in the origination and execution of M&A transactions Be part of the junior pool with exposure to UniCredit’s sector teams (CHR, Industrials, TMT, NRUI) Support active deal execution and contribute to the development of client pitches Conduct financial and operational benchmarking through analysis of company reports Gain a strong understanding of business model evaluation and competitive benchmarking Assist in company valuations using trading and transaction comparables, and contribute to financial modelling Utilize equity research and data-driven insights to support idea generation, company profiling, and valuation strategies Learn from past transactions and senior bankers, making meaningful contributions to advisory projects Experience the daily responsibilities of an investment banker and collaborate closely with Analysts we offer you engaging tasks with real responsibility A collaborative team culture focused on shared success A dynamic, open-minded, and international work environment A modern office space and a friendly, supportive atmosphere Opportunities to expand your professional network through cross-functional collaboration and exposure to senior leadership

What you'll need to succeed

Outstanding academic performance in advanced studies in Business, Finance, or related fields, with a clear interest in corporate finance or investment banking Prior internship experience at a reputable national or international firm Strong analytical and quantitative skills, paired with a fast-learning ability Solid understanding of valuation techniques, including DCF and multiples-based approaches Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel Fluent in both English and German, written and spoken
