What’s your role:

Drive Innovation Projects

Collaborate with our team to develop and implement groundbreaking innovation projects that propel DHL's digital strategy and strengthen relationships with our top global customers and internal stakeholders.

Engage with Startups and Tech Leaders

Facilitate outreach to startups, technology providers, and partner organizations to discover innovative solutions and forge collaborations for future initiatives. You'll also help curate exciting exhibits for our four global innovation centers.

Craft Compelling Content

Use your creativity to contribute to the development of engaging content for keynote presentations and speaking engagements, showcasing the latest trends in the logistics industry and highlighting our innovative projects.

Lead Thought Leadership Initiatives

Dive deep into research on emerging logistics trends and contribute to our thought leadership publications. Your insights will help position DHL as a leader in innovation within the industry.

What we’re looking for:

Academic Background

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.

Language Skills

Fluent in English; German language proficiency is a plus.

Market Research Skills

Excellent market research abilities, with a strong focus on data gathering, analysis, and insight generation.

Analytical & Critical Thinking

Strong critical thinking skills with a structured, solution-oriented approach to challenges.

Presentation & Communication Skills

Well-developed presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
