Manager, Customer Solutions





The Manager, Customer Solutions works closely in a leadership capacity with the Associate Director, Customer Solutions to lead and drive key cross departmental initiatives focused on process improvement and platform performance. In addition, this role will work in partnership to foster effective working relationships with Business Development, Budgets and Proposals, Finance, Quality, Legal and Human Resources.



The Manager, Customer Solutions position will support Customer Solutions in the identification and relationship development across the EU site network, subcontractor/SME network, and supplier chain.



This newly created role will involve the following:


In collaboration with the Associate Director, Customer Solutions, support the therapeutic area (franchise) business strategies and plans that ensure alignment with short-term and long-term objectives
Support thought leadership for Franchise Heads, such as preparing conference abstracts and content, supporting development of white papers and guiding interns working with the team on thesis topics

Analyze, implement, and oversee short-term and long-term strategic business plans for each franchise to meet organization strategic vision and achieve financial goals
Monitor industry trends, competitor actions, economic developments, and regulatory environment to identify and plan for expected impact on business operations.
Provide strategic planning, development, and support to business/strategic development initiatives
Implement actions from lessons learned, innovation and initiatives therapeutic areas, ensuring global best practice by all team members
Support inter and cross departmental training and engagement
Facilitate the interaction of Subject Matter Experts and project teams to improve our service model through higher expertise/higher quality delivery and client partnerships
Influences collaborative cross-departmental teams to ensure client objectives are effectively supported

What we seek -


Bachelor’s degree ideally science related, advance degree preferred Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in Clinical Research Operations Working knowledge of cross- functional development functions, including Clinical Operations, Analytical Services, Regulatory Affairs, Strategic Consulting, Reimbursement, Legal, Quality Assurance, Human Resources, Information Technology, Medical Writing and Safety Management Proven knowledge of GCP, FDA, and ICH Regulations and Guidelines as well as their regional specific Regulatory requirements Knowledge of applicable global standards, including appropriate ISO norms Demonstrated strategic capability and strong business acumen with the ability to influence at the executive level Sound judgment and decision making; using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems Ability to resolve conflicts and negotiate with others
