Your key role:

Contact person and advisor for questions relating to individual and collective labour law for management, the HR department and the works council Advising and supporting management and stakeholders in matters of labour law and personnel policy Coordinating with co-determination bodies, safeguarding rights and responsibility for labour law disputes Providing labour law advice and participating in projects involving relocations, integrations and restructuring

Your profile:

Fully qualified lawyer with relevant experience in labour law Highly meticulous and organised approach to work Creative problem-solving skills, strong communication skills, resilience and flexibility in challenging situations Good written and spoken German and English
