Logistic:
1. Responsible for import operation;
2. Responsible for making and sorting out import files and documents;
3. Responsible for arranging space booking, communicating and coordinating import details with freight forwarders, towing shops and warehouses to ensure the smooth implementation of import plan;
4.Responsible for customs clearance;
5.Cargo delivery arrangement and management;
6.Back up the job responsibility of sales support;
7.Complete other work assigned by the superior.
Sales & Admin:
1. Responsible for daily sales order operation in ERP system, order checking, payment fulfillment, and customer delivery; Follow up the order fulfillment of contract customers, and follow up the order;
2. Product price management, control of special price, and establishment of price list.
3. Responsible for the preparation and review of sales contracts, and file and keep them;
4. Responsible for sales statistics, making various reports and analyzing data;
5. Check the accounts with the finance department, solve the problem of differences, and handle the issue of customer billing;
6. Complete other work assigned by the superior.
