Mon - Sat between 08:00 AM and 8:00 PM |

Salary

: 2.639,33 - 2.839,33 €/month (Fixed salary 2.409,33 €/month at 40h/week + Language Bonus 200 €/month + performance bonus up to 200 €/month + home office allowance 30 €/month)

Your new tasks:

Damage assessment of defective electronic devices of our Norwegian-speaking customers by telephone and e-mail Increasing customer satisfaction by processing inquiries quickly and competently Review of the submitted claims for damages

Your qualifications:

Fluency in Norwegian (C2-level) and English (B2-level) Commercial and technical affinity regarding the internet and phone calls PC literacy Previous customer service experience preferable Willing to work flexible hours as the job demands ability to work on owns initiative and under pressure to meet deadlines Willingness to learn and eagerness to learn Empathetic and socially competent personality
