Als

HSE-Manager (m/w/d)

koordinierst Du die Aktivitäten im Bereich Qualität, Gesundheit, Sicherheit und Umwelt in der gesamten PM-Organisation in Deutschland. Du betreust hauptsächlich Errichtungsbaustellen und überzeugst als kompetenter Ansprechpartner für das Projektmanagement. Als Schnittstelle zum Site Management, zu externen Dienstleistern und Kunden betreust Du als HSE-Spezialist Projekte vom Kick-off bis zur Inbetriebnahme. Hierbei legen wir größten Wert auf eine gründliche und fundierte Einarbeitung. Zukünftig wird die Teilnahme an Regelmeetings, die Weiterentwicklung unseres HSE-Managementsystems und die Übernahme kleinerer Projekte ebenfalls zu deinem Aufgabengebiet gehören. Darüber hinaus ist dir die Unterstützung des gesamten HSE-Teams sicher. Neben einer erfolgreich abgeschlossenen Ausbildung zur Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit sind einschlägige Zusatzqualifikationen aus den Bereichen Qualitäts-, Umwelt- oder Gesundheitsmanagement wünschenswert. Wir unterstützen als Unternehmen ausdrücklich fachbezogene Weiterbildungen und setzen die Bereitschaft hierzu voraus.

DEINE AUFGABEN

Organisation, Durchführung und Dokumentation von Begehungen auf Nordex-Baustellen Beratung und Unterstützung aller Akteure auf Errichtungs-Baustellen in allen HSE-Fragen Durchführung von Vorfalluntersuchungen Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von HSE-Programmen sowie Weiterentwicklung des HSE-Managementsystems Implementieren von HSE-Kundenanforderungen Erstellen von Gefährdungsbeurteilungen und RAMS Teilnahme an internen Audits sowie Nachverfolgung von HSE-Verbesserungen und -Maßnahmen Teilnahme an Meetings mit Kunden, externen Dienstleistern und Behörden

DEIN PROFIL

Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem technisch-industriellen Unternehmen Erfahrung als Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit wünschenswert Formale Ausbildung in Arbeitssicherheit oder in einem technischen Beruf Kenntnis der Normen, Qualität (ISO 9001), Umwelt (ISO 14001), Gesundheit und Sicherheit (ISO 45001) Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse erforderlich (in Wort und Schrift), Polnischkenntnisse wünschenswert Teamfähigkeit, Selbstorganisation und ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeit Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen längeren Dienstreisen zu Baustellen, Windparks und Servicestandorten innerhalb Deutschlands Körperlich in der Lage und qualifiziert, in der Höhe zu arbeiten (GWO-Zertifikate
