For a major
construction project
, we are looking for aProject HSE Manager
responsible for managing and coordinating allHealth, Safety & Environment (HSE)
aspects of the project, promoting a strong safety culture with the goal ofZero Incidents
.Posizione:

Manage and coordinate all HSE activities at project level
Prepare, implement and update the
Project HSE Plan
and HSE proceduresPerform hazard identification, risk assessment and risk management activities
Supervise site activities and ensure compliance with legal and project requirements
Monitor and coordinate subcontractors’ HSE performance
Interface with Client representatives, Project Team and Site Management
Monitor HSE KPIs and prepare periodic HSE reports
Manage audits, non-conformities, incidents and corrective actions
Requisiti:

Degree in Engineering, Environmental / Occupational Safety or related fields
Minimum
5 years of experience
in HSE roles within construction projectsStrong organizational skills and proactive mindset
Good knowledge of
MS Office
Good command of
German
Good command of
English and/or Italian
Sifa qualification (Germany)
orASPP qualification (Italian Law D.Lgs. 81/08)
