Als Teil unseres HR Marketing Teams am Standort München erwarten dich folgende spannende Aufgaben:

Selbstständige Organisation, Vermarktung und Durchführung von Hochschulmarketing-Aktivitäten inkl. Auswahl geeigneter Bewerber:/innen Enger Kontakt zu unseren Zieluniversitäten und Aufbau einer Recruiting-Pipeline Durchführung von Veranstaltungen (virtuell und direkt auf dem Campus) und Repräsentation von Roland Berger als Arbeitgeber auf Recruiting-Events Mitarbeit an HR Marketing-Kampagnen Beratung unserer internationalen Büros in Fragen des Campus-Marketings

Qualifikationen


Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium Erste Erfahrungen im Employer Branding/Personalmarketing, Eventmanagement oder Recruiting Kreativität und Organisationstärke Freude an regelmäßigen Reisen Sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten in deutscher und englischer Sprache
