Your Responsibilities

Advising and supporting our managers and employees in all personnel and labor law matters Independent management of recruiting processes and selection of service providers, including applicant correspondence, conducting interviews, contract management, and onboarding Continuous improvement of internal recruiting and employer branding processes by incorporating your own ideas and trends Organization and execution of job fairs and recruiting events, as well as establishing a university network Implementation of individual personnel measures, such as transfers, warnings, etc. Supporting the transformation, further development, and digitalization of HR processes, as well as the introduction of personnel management software

Your Qualifications:

Successfully completed studies in Business Administration, Psychology, Business Law, or a comparable field At least 5 years of professional experience in recruiting and/or personnel management Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken Strong communication skills and a proactive, confident demeanor Team spirit, high level of commitment, and a reliable, structured, and independent way of working
