Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:



Support of the HR Manager Germany Implementation of all HR-related topics: Preparation of contracts, contract changes, references, resignations etc. Preparation of HR reporting for EMEA Supporting/leading EMEA-wide projects in close cooperation with all HR members in our EMEA regions Support on apprenticeship topics across all professions (recruitment, mentoring) Support in the recruitment of students (interns, working students, bachelor students, master students) Support in occupational safety topics Occupational health management: organisation of the appointments of our company doctor, health courses, part of the BEM - team Preparation of (and participation in) the annual HR audit Organization of trainings - both internally and externally Employer branding (organization, preparation and implementation of recruiting fairs

Candidate Profile (Education/Competencies Required/Functional Skills/Technical Skills):

Completed business studies (focus on human resources management) or apprenticeship as industrial management assistant 2 - 3 years of professional experience in a comparable position Good knowledge of labour law and collective bargaining agreements would be an advantage IT skills, especially Excel, Word and Powerpoint Enjoys developing and implementing new concepts and ideas Very good communication skills Motivation, team spirit, hands-on mentality High sense of responsibility, independence and reliability * Good knowledge of German and basic English
