You support our team as
HR GENERALIST (F/M/D)
Responsibilities
As the first point of contact for our employees, you handle general HR inquiries and provide support on topics such as benefits, absences, programs, and HR policies
You collaborate closely with our HR Business Partners and support both strategic and operational HR matters
Together with our Shared Service Center, you ensure the efficient execution of administrative HR processes
You maintain our HR systems and, in cooperation with the HR Shared Service Center, prepare documents such as certificates and references
You support the entire recruitment process (from job posting to interview scheduling) and help create a positive candidate experience
Additionally, you assist with reporting, analyze HR metrics, and support internal and external audits
Qualifications
You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or hold a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable field
You bring several years of experience in a generalist HR role
You possess solid knowledge of labor law and HR administration
You are familiar with HR systems such as Workday or SuccessFactors
Your working style is structured and independent, and you approach challenges with pragmatic solutions, even in complex situations
Discretion and professionalism are second nature to you, especially in sensitive matters
You communicate confidently in both German and English, verbally and in writing
