ENI is currently undergoing an exciting transformation: as part of a carve-out, the Business Line is being established as an independent entity within the corporate structure of USHIO Inc. As an HR Generalist, this presents a unique opportunity for you to actively shape this transition – from operational separation to building new HR structures within a standalone organization.
In your role as HR Generalist (d/m/f), you will play a key part in both operational and strategic HR activities.
Provide support and guidance to employees and managers on all HR-related topics
Assist in the recruitment process: job postings, applicant management, interviews
Contribute to employee development and training initiatives
Prepare employment contracts, certificates, and other HR-related documents
Maintain and manage employee master data and support payroll preparation
Participate in international HR projects and continuously improve HR processes
Support the Compensation & Benefits area, including:
+ Contributing to the development and implementation of compensation strategies and policies, conducting salary benchmarks and market analyses
+ Managing benefit programs (e.g., company pension schemes, health offerings, mobility solutions)
+ Communicating and advising on compensation and additional benefits for employees and managers
Completed commercial training with further qualification in HR or a relevant university degree (e.g., Business Administration with a focus on HR)
Professional experience in HR, ideally in a generalist role
Knowledge of labor law and HR processes
Experience in Compensation & Benefits is a plus
Proficient in MS Office; experience with HR software is desirable
Strong communication skills, team spirit, and a structured working style
