This hands-on role is positioned in the Digital Transformation function of People & Organization department. As an

HR Automation Analyst

(m/f/d), you will shape HR tech & system landscape by analyzing processes, identifying digital opportunities, and driving automation and system improvements in a scalable and g-local manner.

About the Role

Process Analysis & Tech Solution Design:

Analyze HR processes & system landscape reviews using BPMN & lean methodologies, identify inefficiencies, and design scalable to-be processes

Tech

Evaluation & Adoption

Scout emerging HR technology solutions and partner with FlixTech to design workflows, evaluate integration options (APIs, SFTP, etc.) and build system architecture designs. Create data-driven business cases for project budget allocation.

Automation

Script process/task automations using niche technologies like UiPath StudioX, Power Automate, Python and GenAI tools

Technical Project Delivery:

Manage end-to-end HR Tech project lifecycle using Jira from requirement engineering till UAT/SIT and go-live

Project

Reporting & Governance:

Maintain process/project documentation, control points and ensure compliance with GDPR and internal controls/risk

About You

Degree in computer science, IT or a related technical field 3–5 years as a Business/Process/Automation Analyst or Technical consultant role Demonstrated hands-on experience in delivering large-scale digital tech transformation projects leveraging Jira/Confluence Strong skills in process mining, automation, product strategy, agile delivery and solution design Hands-on experience with cloud technology (AWS, Azure) middleware integrations, APIs and designing automation workflows using UiPath, Power Automate, Python or similar Knowledge of HR systems Fluent in English, German is a plus Certification in business/process analysis like Six Sigma or any agile project management certification like SAFe is nice to have
