Senior Housekeeper (m/f/d) – 5-Star Hotel | Munich, Germany

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented

Senior Housekeeper

to join our team in a prestigious 5-star hotel in Munich. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in guest rooms and public areas, as well as leading and training our housekeeping team.

Your Responsibilities:

Ensure and monitor cleaning of guest rooms and public areas according to luxury hotel standards Coordinate and oversee housekeeping projects within the rooms division Arrange necessary repairs and check follow-up completion Support the Head Housekeeper in clarifying and discussing departmental matters Ensure efficient office organization and workflows Assign daily tasks to cleaning staff for day or evening shifts Create and monitor duty rosters; organize and supervise employees, temporary staff, and external contractors Manage housekeeping supplies economically and oversee the lost & found office Train and guide housekeeping staff, trainees, and interns

What We Are Looking For:

Minimum 2 years of professional housekeeping experience, ideally in luxury hotels Initial leadership or supervisory experience preferred Excellent German and English skills (additional languages are a plus) Professional, polished appearance with strong attention to detail Commitment to the highest quality and service standards

What We Offer You:

Attractive salary according to tariff:

€2,725 – €3,470 (depending on experience)
