YOUR ROLE AS A HOUSEKEEPING ASSISTANT

As a Housekeeping Assistant, you ensure that our rooms and public areas are spotless and inviting — reflecting the quality and warmth our guests expect from Marriott.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Oversee the daily operations of the outsourced housekeeping team Ensure all guest rooms and public areas meet cleanliness and presentation standards Coordinate cleaning schedules, daily task lists, and documentation (e.g. lost & found, cleaning checklists) Handle guest requests and follow up on special cleaning or maintenance needs Monitor stock levels of linen, cleaning materials, and amenities Check and verify invoices and maintain accurate housekeeping records Ensure full compliance with Marriott Brand Standards at all times

Experience in housekeeping or hotel operations Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards Reliable, organized, and proactive working style Enjoy working with people from diverse backgrounds Good communication skills in English and German Flexibility and a hands-on attitude
