Main responsibilities:

Lead and develop two sales force lines (100+ FTEs) to achieve national sales targets and maximize market impact across a six-product portfolio
Design and implement customer-centric sales strategies based on segmentation, targeting, and omnichannel communication plans
Analyze field force performance at national and regional levels, developing actionable measures to drive continuous improvement
Develop and adjust incentive plans that align with product strategies and motivate field teams to excel
Drive digital transformation in customer communication and field force management through innovative tools and systems
Collaborate cross-functionally as a key member of the Vaccine Leadership Team to shape strategy and planning
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers while ensuring market knowledge stays current
About you

Degree in Business Administration or Natural Science with proof of expertise according to §75 AMG
Proven experience leading and managing pharmaceutical sales teams with a track record of achieving results
Strong entrepreneurial mindset with excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills
Extensive experience in motivating, coaching, and developing high-performing sales professionals
Ability to drive digital transformation and implement innovative approaches to customer engagement
Ability to shape Go-to-Market models within the Vaccines business
Excellent communication and presentation skills with a persuasive leadership style
Fluent in English and German (at least intermediate level) with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships
