You will take a hands-on approach in managing and developing your team of Account Executives and one SDR. The focus is on driving deal reviews, improving forecast accuracy, enabling strong deal management, and coaching the team to success. In addition, you will actively support your team by joining and helping to close complex deals.
Reporting to the CRO, you will help us establish and drive success across your region as we continue to scale our Field teams over the remainder of 2025 and beyond. The ideal candidate will already be a successful sales leader, with a passion for getting things done and thriving in a fast-paced environment. As our RSD, You Will
Coach and train your sales team
, including running regular deal reviews and supporting pipeline accuracy.
Be responsible for your
regional GTM strategy
, with a strong focus on the
SMB segment
.
Understand and apply the core metrics of the business to improve
forecast accuracy
and
regional performance
.
Actively support and close key deals
– joining calls, meeting customers on-site, and ensuring deal success.
Manage and develop your existing team, fostering
growth and resilience
.
Leverage your
experience in a partner-driven (MSP) sales model
to maximize regional success.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment with
marketing and sales engineering

Plan and communicate the
growth path in your region
, both annually and on an ongoing basis.
Be available for
monthly PG Days in Duisburg (travel required).
You'll be a great addition to the team if you are:
Language Proficiency:
Native in German and fluency in English is crucial.
Sales Expertise:
Extensive experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in the DACH market.
Leadership Skills:
Demonstrated ability to manage and coach a sales team, fostering a positive, results-driven environment.
Industry Knowledge:
Solid understanding of cybersecurity and the MSP/partner-driven model, with experience in competing and differentiating in a crowded market.
Strategic Thinking:
Ability to develop and implement robust sales strategies that drive growth and increase market share in the SMB segment.
Relationship Management:
Strong network of relationships within the industry and the ability to foster and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including potential partners/resellers.
Cultural Awareness:
Understanding of the cultural nuances and business practices within the DACH region.
Sales Methodologies:
Experienced in MEDDIC, MEDDPIC, or similar sales/qualification methodologies.
