As Head of Project Staffing you are responsible for delivering and overseeing all staffing needs at Nortal AG.

Strategic responsibilities:

\n
\n
  • \n
  • Support the delivery organization in building high-performing teams that represent an optimal combination of different skills of the experts for the respective project.

    \n
  • Ensure oversight of utilization processes and targets within Nortal AG.

    \n
  • Be the central point of contact for all Engagement Managers (Project Managers/People Leads) for requests from the consulting and IT projects.

    \n
  • Forecast labor demand plans and create scalable staffing strategies to build infrastructure and ensure team resource capabilities meet business demand.

    \n
  • Very close and effective support of the business and business managers through strategic assessment of the business with reference to the necessary people.

    \n
  • Create a vision, based upon data, for Nortal teams/business and develop scalable strategies that capture the best talent and most diverse candidates at the lowest cost per hire and cost per employee.

  • Improve employee retention, enhancing benefits and development programs.

Operational responsibilities:

  • Coordinate, track and facilitate the transition of the employees between the projects.

  • Work in close collaboration with our TA team in coordinating deadlines on job openings and visibility for current employees and external candidates.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to build long-term partnerships.

    \n
  • Optimize processes in Talent Management team to facilitate seamless internal mobility.

    \n
  • Take responsibility and lead employees within the Talent Management Team. You will coach individuals and inspire high performance through the team.

    \n
  • Ensure all necessary processes and systems are in place to optimize internal talent mobility.

    \n
  • Ensure local talent needs are in sync with hiring strategies of group delivery centers.

    \n
  • Close support of the business in the assessment of the business forecast with reference to people, ensuring that needs are well covered in the medium and long term.

Qualifications: \n
\n

Desired experience:

\n
  • \n
  • 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment, such as operations, administrative support, customer service, retail, hospitality, staffing, or another related field.

    \n
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities with a proven track record in leading people successfully in times of change

    \n
  • Evidence of cross-functional project management experience and established ability in understanding client needs

    \n
  • Experience with a tool-based resource allocation solution\n
  • Ability to match the right talents to our client projects

    \n
  • Experience working in a global, matrix management organisation

    \n
  • Comfortable working with large amounts of data and experience in establishing and tracking key performance metrics

    \n
  • Fluent German and English-speaking skills
