Your Tasks \n
  • \n
  • You will be the professional and disciplinary lead of our PMO-team, with budget responsibility.\n
  • You will be in charge of managing all testing relevant internal and external projects, including funding projects.\n
  • Your responsibility will be to create technical documentation, such as risk & safety analysis, for our test stations, and obtain external governmental approval with internal and external support.\n
  • You will be tasked with developing, describing, and implementing processes for our testing department, such as the V-model for requirement-oriented test station development.\n
  • You will be responsible for preparing and keeping up-to-date all testing relevant documentations, based on internal and external demands.\n
Your Profile \n
  • \n
  • You have a University Degree in the topic of process or mechanical engineering with a focus on project management or equivalent.\n
  • You enjoy communicating with your team and external partners.\n
  • Your attention to quality extends beyond your own results and includes the way of working in a department, as well as processes and documents.\n
  • You have several years of experience in leading large-scale projects.\n
  • You are experienced in functional or disciplinary leadership experience in a complex industry or scientific environment.\n
  • You have a deep passion and intrinsic motivation to shape the future of tomorrow within a rapidly expanding company.\n
  • You are willing to travel approximately 10% of the time.\n
  • You have very good written and spoken German and English skills.\n
