HEAD OF PROCUREMENT (M/F/D)

Your responsibilities:

Develop and implement a forward-looking procurement strategy aligned with business goals Report directly to Executive Management and act as a key strategic partner Lead and further develop the procurement organization, including direct and virtual teams Build and optimize digital procurement processes and tools Manage and develop strategic supplier relationships nationally and internationally Assess spend and market data to identify process and performance improvements

What we are looking for:

Master’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field Extensive experience in strategic procurement and supplier management, ideally in a global, industrial, or maritime context Proven track record in leading international and cross-functional teams Strong expertise in digital procurement and process optimization Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills Strategic, analytical, and execution-oriented mindset Fluent in German (C2) and business-proficient in English (min. B2) Willingness to travel internationally
