As Business Unit Automotive & Speciality Lamps we support our vision and strategy by expanding our leading position in the automotive lighting market in OEM and Aftermarket. We are in a global leadership position in the automotive lamps business in traditional and LED applications and offer industry leading products in LED lighting to global OEM customers (e.g. with exchangeable LED light sources). We also tackle new growth opportunities in the Aftermarket with our automotive care and equipment portfolio.

ENI is currently undergoing an exciting transformation process: as part of a carve-out, the business line is being transferred to the corporate structure of USHIO Inc. as an independent unit. For you as Head of Procurement ENI (d/m/f), this means a unique opportunity to actively shape this change.

Oversee all procurement activities, ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines and maximizing EBIT contribution Lead cross-functional teams and drive cost-reduction programs Develop and implement innovative procurement strategies aligned with company objectives Plan and monitor demand pooling to optimize resources Manage, coach, and develop staff to build a high-performing team Define and track procurement KPIs and targets Act as liaison between parent company, business units, and corporate functions Ensure regular communication and effective stakeholder engagement

Successfully completed studies in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management or comparable Several years of experience in Procurement Management or related cross-functional projects Preferably background in engineering, physics, or chemistry Strong knowledge of procurement processes, tools, and commercial practices Proven success in leading international and complex projects Experience managing cross-functional and virtual teams * Excellent communication skills in English and German
