Which tasks can you expect?

Operational management Managing, coaching and developing your team Defining team goals and KPIs Creating development plans and ensuring their implementation Optimizing resources to achieve the goals Reporting and analysis Ensuring processes and compliance with regulations and standards Analyzing and reporting on performance, trends and results of the supervised area for management and stakeholders Quality assurance Implementation of cross-departmental quality control processes and measures Maintaining quality standards within the department Process optimization and transformation Providing recommendations for improvements Implementation of best practices and process improvements Increasing operational efficiency Optimization and standardization of processes Implementation of process automation Project responsibility Management and coordination of internal and customer projects Ensuring project implementation within the budget and schedule Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

What do you have to offer?

Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, management, or a related field Experience in leading process optimization initiatives Excellent project management skills Very good communication and interpersonal skills Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills Experience in developing and delivering training programs Fluency in German and English is required
