As Head of Sales Excellence (m/f/d), you will shape the global SLV sales strategy in close alignment with the CSO and be responsible for the continous optimization of the international operating model for sales.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and implement the global SLV sales strategy Lead key sales projects in close coordination with the executive board, international and cross-departmental stakeholders Optimize the sales operating model to improve effectiveness and efficiency Continous optimization of SLV's international CRM Salesforce Responsibility for KPI-based tracking and performance optimization Lead and develop a dedicated strategic sales team

Your Profile:



5–7 years experience in management consulting or a comparable internal company role Master's degree in business, administration/management or comparable field of study Strong analytical and conceptual project management skills, structured way of working Excellent MS Office skills, hands-on mentality, flexibility Ability to prepare and communicate complex issues in a way that is tailored to the target group Fluent in English and German (additional languages are a plus) Willingness to travel internationally
