Your Role
As
Head of PMI
, you will lead the integration of newly acquired group companies and turn our central PMI playbook into real-world outcomes. You will shape and execute integration strategies that balance structure with adaptability, working closely with internal teams and company founders.
This is a hands-on role that requires strong stakeholder relationships, deep operational understanding, and the ability to drive initiatives across multiple companies and markets. You will collaborate with the M&A, Tech and Operations teams to bring consistency, value and cohesion to our growing group.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation of the Voyfai PMI Playbook across new acquisitions, ensuring consistency while adapting to local contexts
Create and manage detailed integration roadmaps with clear KPIs, milestones and responsibilities
Drive the rollout of centralized services such as Procurement and Technology in partnership with company operators
Introduce and scale process automation with support from the Tech team
Work closely with the M&A team to ensure smooth transitions from deal closing to integration kickoff
Support operational due diligence to assess integration readiness before acquisition
Build strong relationships with founders and operators through regular onsite collaboration
Travel regularly to company locations, typically 7 to 10 days per month
What You Bring:
5 to 8 years of experience in post-merger integration, startup PMO, consulting or strategic operations roles
Experience in roll-up environments, fast-scaling startups or consulting firms such as BCG, Bain, Big 4 or similar
Strong project management skills and the ability to balance structure with flexibility
Comfort with both strategic thinking and operational execution
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust quickly with founders and operators
A proactive mindset and a hands-on approach to solving operational challenges
Fluency in English; German is a plus
Affinity with logistics or mobility sectors is a nice to have
