Created in Lyon in 2016 by French entrepreneurs, Agicap is one of the fastest scale-ups in Europe, with over 8000 customers and revenue growth above 50% YoY for the past 3 years.
Agicap allows CEOs and Finance teams of SMBs and Mid-Market companies to efficiently manage and forecast their cash flow, pay their suppliers and get paid.
Cash is King, and Agicap fundamentally reshapes the way companies manage one of their greatest pain points.
Our ambition is to become the global financial management solution for SMEs and Mid-Market companies worldwide.
To help us get there we have raised 4 rounds of fundings so far, totalling $150 million, with prestigious VC funds including Greenoaks, Partech and BlackFin.
These additional resources further fuel our product innovation, allowing us to grow significantly the team by welcoming new talents and accelerating our international expansion across Europe. We are now over 500 people.

What you will do:

+ The main objective is to help us get to 100m€ ARR, globally, in the next 2-3 years. The Partner Channel will play a critical role in hitting this target. + You will drive the Partner Channel in the DACH region, with a focus on Full-Service Partners, mainly financial consulting firms and system integrators reselling and implementing Agicap :
+ Activation of existing partners (currently about 10 in DACH) to make them hit their sales, onboarding and retention targets
+ Recruitment of new partners
+ Management of the Partner Management team
+ Close alignment with our direct Sales & CS teams to efficiently co-sell and co-onboard with partners
+ The current DACH partnership team has 4 partner managers and 1 partner ops: all will directly report to you

What we are looking for:

+ We are looking for a very talented and ambitious Partnership leader who wants to have a strong impact in a huge and untapped market. + 6-8 years as Head of Partnerships / Team Lead Partnerships in a fast growing scale up or established tech company
+ Solid track record in recruiting and activating partners engaged in a full-service motion, from sales to onboarding and long term account management
+ Strong ability to work with direct sales and CS team and align everyone on a “partner-first” mindset
+ Hands-on, you like to go on the front line and lead by example
+ Corporate finance knowledge is a nice plus. You must be able to quickly become an expert in the field though
+ Established network in the field of financial consulting and ERP integrators is a big plus
+ Native in German and fluent in English
