Your responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end logistics operations, ensuring optimal service, cost efficiency, and compliance. Manage 3PL performance and compliance, driving continuous improvement through data. Develop and execute a data-driven logistics strategy aligned with growth and efficiency goals Lead and develop a high-performing logistics team. Monitor and analyze KPIs for service levels, delivery accuracy, inventory, and costs. Identify improvement opportunities across the supply chain, leveraging analytics. Lead tendering and rate negotiations, supported by cost-modelling and benchmark analysis. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure integrated, transparent supply chain processes.

Your profile

Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related field. 10+ years’ logistics experience, preferably in apparel or consumer goods and with 3PLs. Strong analytical skills; adept with data and BI tools (Excel, Power BI). Proficient in SAP S/4 and transportation management systems. Proven record of balancing cost, service, and transformation with measurable outcomes. Skilled in leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management. Experienced in contract management, cost control, and SLA performance. Hands-on change driver with strong organization and execution focus. Self-driven, reliable, and effective in a fast-paced environment. Fluent in English and German; confident in international collaboration. Willingness to travel up to 30% within Germany and Romania.
