About the Role:

As the Head of Logistics and Distribution at Myonex GmbH you will be responsible for organizingm coordinating and optimizing the flow of goods and components - from inbound to storage and distribution - ensuring efficiency, cost-effectivemness, and high service quality.


Lead and manage all logistics operations of Myonex GmbH Planning and coordination: develop and maintain logistics schedules aligned with production needs and customer orders. Team Management and trainig of currently five warehouse workers Customer and supplier relations Compliance and documention: ensure safety standards, quality procedures and regulatroy requirements as well as maintenance of accurate stock records and inventory reports Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction Propose and implement innovative logistics solutions

About the Candidate:

Expert knowledge of logistics and supply chain management principles Seasoned professional with 5+ years experience in a similar role Work experience in the pharmaceutical sector is mandatory Excellent oral and written language skills in both German and English

Über die Position:

Als Leiter*in Logistik und Distribution bei der Myonex GmbH sind Sie verantwortlich für die Organisation, Koordination und Optimierung des Waren- und Komponentenflusses – vom Wareneingang über die Lagerung bis zur Auslieferung. Dabei stellen Sie Effizienz, Wirtschaftlichkeit und hohe Servicequalität sicher.

Ihre Aufgaben:

Leitung und Steuerung aller logistischen Abläufe bei Myonex GmbH Planung und Koordination: Entwicklung und Pflege von Logistikplänen im Einklang mit Produktionsbedarfen und Kundenaufträgen Leitung, Management und Schulung eines derzeit fünfköpfigen Lagerteams Pflege der Beziehungen zu Kunden und Lieferanten Einhaltung von Sicherheitsstandards, Qualitätsvorgaben und regulatorischen Anforderungen sowie Dokumentation von Beständen und Lagerberichten Identifizierung von Optimierungspotenzialen und Kostensenkungsmöglichkeiten Vorschlag und Umsetzung innovativer Logistiklösungen

Ihr Profil:

Fundiertes Fachwissen im Bereich Logistik und Supply Chain Management Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (mindestens 5 Jahre) in einer vergleichbaren Position Erfahrung in der pharmazeutischen Industrie ist zwingend erforderlich Ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Am wichtigsten: Ihre Werte passen zu unseren – Sie sind ein echter Teamplayer, haben den Kunden im Fokus und streben stets danach, zu lernen, zu wachsen und Lösungen zu finden.
