Your Mission

Establish, develop, and take operational responsibility for international sales Acquire and manage international key accounts Develop a clear sales vision and create sustainable structures and partnerships Analyze global market opportunities and implement innovative go-to-market strategies Build an agile sales team with an international focus Work closely with management, marketing, and project teams – together, not apart

What Sets You Apart

Several years of experience in international B2B sales within the event, live, or communications industry Entrepreneurial attitude, initiative, and pleasure in building something new from scratch Visionary thinking paired with a hands-on mentality Persuasive communication and leadership skills at the international level Fluent in German and English, additional languages are a plus Enthusiasm for creative environments, team spirit, and dynamic development
