Purpose of the role:

Provide support to the VP Finance and be responsible for financial planning and
analysis, as well as providing commercial and financial insights to power Omio\xe2\x80\x99s growth.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

Own the group planning process including annual budget and quarterly forecasting

• Provide analysis and tell the story of the budget/forecast to senior management\n
• Build relationships with key stakeholders across the group to support, challenge and deliver on Omio\xe2\x80\x99s targets\n
• Embed a culture of partnership between the business and finance to identify and deliver opportunities for scaling and retention\n
• Work with the business high-quality output that can effectively tell the story of Omio\xe2\x80\x99s performance, drawing out data-driven, valuable insights, that can be used to drive better execution\n
• Work closely with Operational Finance and Group Accounting to track risks, opportunities and expected outturn\n
• Grow and develop the FP&A function as the business scales\n

Proven experience in Business Partnering/Controlling &/or FP&A

• Analytical, focused on quality, accuracy, and execution\n
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to work at all levels of the organisation\n
• Ability to prioritise effectively and motivated by a high-growth environment with its associated challenges and opportunities\n
• Excellent communicator able to influence stakeholders\n
• Passionate about building and optimising processes\n
• University degree (BA minimum), International Accounting Certificate is a nice addition.\n
• Fluent in English (German would be beneficial).\n
