Shape the future of medical technology – as Head of (f/m/d) Design for Excellence.

In the Center of Excellence Infusion & Pain Therapy (CoE IPT) of the R&D department within the Hospital Care division, we are looking for an open and authentic leadership personality as soon as possible – someone who is passionate and innovative in helping to shape the future of our medical products.

As Head of (f/m/d) Design for Excellence (DfX), you will lead a strategically central unit within Research & Development. Your area of responsibility influences product design throughout the entire lifecycle – from the initial idea to series production and beyond.

Responsibilities:

You will lead two highly specialized teams:

Design & Process

: Responsible for functional design, manufacturability, and cost-effectiveness of our products – including packaging and sterilization

Transfer & Change

: Ensures a smooth transition into production and manages technical changes with foresight and precision

Professional Qualifications:

You hold at least a successfully completed Bachelor's degree in engineering or a comparable qualification You have several years of professional experience in Research & Development, ideally in the field of medical technology You also have proven leadership experience with a modern, motivating leadership style You possess excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
