Your Role

Full technical leadership of design and engineering activities across complex EPCM industrial projects, with a focus on high tech, semiconductor, battery cell, and focus on energy, energy generation, oil and gas large scale plants. Strategic and operational coordination of all planning phases and subprojects, ensuring quality, cost, and schedule targets are met across disciplines. Close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, acting as the key technical representative and trusted advisor to clients throughout the project lifecycle. Development and continuous improvement of design and engineering workflows, including bid structuring, reporting, and change management. Active contribution to business development by building client relationships and positioning design management services in the market.

Your Profile

Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering or a comparable technical discipline. Several years of experience in leading complex industrial projects, ideally within EPCM environments, with a strong understanding of general planning and project execution. Deep knowledge of design and engineering methodologies. Structured, cross-disciplinary working style with strong conceptual thinking, negotiation skills, and the ability to manage diverse teams and situations. Fluency in both German and English, combined with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
