Disciplinary management of the Digital Transformation Team in Wiesbaden Coaching IT Project Managers in planning and execution of transition projects and innovation initiatives IT Project Management Office (PMO) responsible and main contact for the worldwide business departments Central service responsibility for our IT Project & Portfolio Management Tool (Monday.com) Definition of IT project funnel and establishment of global IT standards in processing IT projects and innovation initiatives Continuous process improvements to manage the IT project portfolio in a lean manner

WAS SIE AUSZEICHNET

Degree in engineering, computer science, business informatics or comparable qualification Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in leading IT teams (PMO/project management/digital transformation preferred) Experience in steering interdisciplinary A,B,C projects (internal/external IT consultancy, internal business department) Deep knowledge about classical/agile project management methods Experiences in Requirement Analysis in the field of international companies Strong communication skills and ability to communicate topics to international stake holders Professional in English (must) and German
