Your Tasks:

Define the vision and roadmap for global digital process governance and improvement Lead and develop the Global Process Owner team, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing Ensure alignment and integration between different global processes to optimize end-to-end value chains Establish global standards, frameworks, and controls for digital process management Oversee process performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives across all domains Partner with IT and digital teams to implement tools that support process automation and analytics Act as the primary liaison between executive leadership and GPOs, ensuring strategic alignment Lead global transformation initiatives and manage organizational change effectively

Your Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field Extensive experience in global process management and leadership roles Proven track record in managing cross-functional teams and driving process transformation Strong strategic thinking and leadership capabilities Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Deep understanding of end-to-end business processes and digital transformation Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, BPM, or similar is an advantage
