Your Role

Provide visionary technical leadership for the development of custom Data & AI products and foster an innovation-friendly technology culture Oversee the implementation of technical requirements in close collaboration with Product Strategy, Data Governance, and internal and external partners Lead the full software development lifecycle from design and coding to testing and deployment Ensure a best-in-class user experience across the entire product portfolio Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to continuously improve efficiency Establish rigorous quality assurance processes and code reviews to ensure maximum reliability, performance, and security

Your Profile

– authentic & open-minded
University degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field Minimum of 5 years’ experience in tech development (e.g., software development or MLOps), including at least 2 years in leadership roles Strong knowledge of the entire data value chain, including AI development, platform technologies, and MLOps Strong ability to translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications High sense of ownership for delivering an outstanding user experience Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for navigating complex technology environments
