What you’ll be responsible for:
Leading, motivating & developing a high-performing sales team

What you bring with you:
Degree in aviation, business administration or in a relevant field
At least 3 years of experience in leading teams, preferably in sales area
Working experience in/with MEA region
Professional experience in sales, account management or comparable positions
Proven negotiation skills and client management experience
Solid understanding of airline business processes
Strong leadership & team development skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation abilities
Customer-focused and service-oriented mindset
Fluent in English and good German skills; another MEA region related language is a plus
High level of initiative, resilience and flexibility
Strategic thinker with strong business acumen
Ability to drive decisions & mediate conflict
Experience in working effectively with diverse teams, stakeholders and functions
