The following challenges await you:

As an empathetic and responsible leader, you will take on the management of the Global Group & Sales Controlling team and report directly to the Global Head of Finance at Heraeus Electronics. With a holistic understanding, you will be responsible for global sales, margin, and R&D controlling, as well as the consolidation of the entire Operating Company. You will proactively coordinate and shape global financial processes such as monthly closings, forecasts, and annual planning. In your role, you will maintain a trust-based collaboration with the management of international business lines and with colleagues at locations in Europe, the USA, China, Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, and Korea. Your focus will be on sustainable growth and a comprehensive view of profitability. With analytical sensitivity, you will identify developments, explain trends and deviations, assess potential, and derive forward-looking recommendations for action. At the same time, you will passionately advocate for ensuring data quality and further developing international controlling processes.

Your Profile

A successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or a comparable field with a focus on Finance and Controlling Several years of professional and leadership experience in Business Line Controlling within a manufacturing, globally operating company – ideally characterized by a cooperative, motivating, and inspiring leadership style Confident handling of MS Office, BI/AO and HANA applications, as well as solid SAP knowledge You are comfortable communicating in English Strong analytical thinking skills, quick comprehension, and the ability to pursue goals with commitment and a solution-oriented mindset Your strong communication skills, empathy, and appreciative manner foster a positive working environment
