Barsystems, which operates Waxy's Irish Pub in Frankfurt and O'Reilly's Irish Pub in Dusseldorf is a family business which was founded in 1994. We are known for operating authentic Irish Pubs, built to a high standard, with an attention to detail and hygiene. Providing an excellent atmosphere to relax, watch sports and be entertained, whilst serving premium drinks and food which is locally sourced, seasonal and sustainable where possible. Our staff constantly try to exceed expectations and create a family feel.

Your Profile

Experience in hospitality

or bar/restaurant management with a solid understanding of day-to-day operations Minimum

1.5 years of bartending experience

in a fast-paced hospitality setting Good communication skills in

English

(German is a plus) Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and service quality Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented personality

Your Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages

with consistency and accuracy Deliver friendly, professional, and efficient service to all guests Maintain

cleanliness and hygiene

standards behind the bar at all times Follow opening, service, and closing procedures according to company standards

Monitor and restock inventory

; report shortages to the manager Communicate effectively with the floor team to ensure smooth service Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and support overall guest satisfaction
