About Himitsu Bar

Himitsu is a hidden speakeasy inspired by Japanese craftsmanship and simplicity, offering an elevated drinking experience centered on Japan’s finest sake, shochu, and refined highballs. Its signature lies in aging cocktails in traditional Okinawan

clay pots, which impart a unique minerality and allow the drinks to continually mature, creating depth and complexity. Every cocktail is crafted with precision, reflecting Japanese attention to detail, where even the ice is lifted rather than stirred to preserve purity of flavor. Tucked away within Prague’s lively Manifesto Market, Himitsu invites guests on a journey of discovery—marked by subtle clues like Japanese magazines, manga, and a glowing red light—before ringing the bell to enter this exclusive and intimate bar.

You will:

Mix and Serve Cocktails, and prepare hand-carved Ice. Advise Guests about Sake, Whisky, and Cocktails. Serve Guests, and take care of the Coat check. Prepare your daily mise en place. Monthly Inventory Operate the POS, and Card Payment system. Maintain the Cleanliness of the bar. Ensure all our guests are happy and the service is up-to standards.

For this job you need:

You were in a similar position for at least 1 year. If you have a passion for the industry and would like to learn more about Japanese Bartending, and great Sake. Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean during Shift. Positive attitude and excellent communication skills. Excellent knowledge of Sake, liquor, and Japanese Beer. Fluent in German and English, a third language will be considered a plus. Hard worker, ability to handle stress, well presented, a great storyteller, and passionate about cocktails and great service.
