Your key responsibilities include:

Welcome and host

our event and conference guests Ensure

guest satisfaction throughout the banquet and event areas

Fulfill individual guest requests

during events Act as

the primary contact person for organizers

regarding last-minute changes and communicate them to the banquet team Create

menu cards and signage for events

Deliver exceptional service experiences

together with the team

Eagerness to grow, learn, and be part of a family-like and ambitious team Calm and confident even in high-pressure situations or with special guest requests Hospitality mindset is key – whether you're experienced or just starting out Strong communication skills in German and English; additional languages are a plus
