Join ginkgo for a 4-6 month internship and help build the future of financial benefits. You’ll work closely with our founding team - who bring experience and personal networks from Trade Republic, Moss, Pectus, Raisin, Growney, FINN & BCG.

We’re ginkgo, a B2B SaaS startup tackling two of Germany’s most urgent challenges - employees’ pension & savings gaps and employers’ (cost of) talent issues. ginkgo enables SMBs to offer modern comp packages with cutting-edge pensions & financial benefits, starting with the ginkgo bAV: a digital, ETF-based company pension, delivered via the ginkgo app & platform. Your role

You’ll gain hands-on experience in various aspects of building and scaling a B2B SaaS company from the ground up. Working closely with and supporting our founding team in both operational and strategic issues within our go-to-market motion, you’ll have the chance to contribute across functions by optimizing current initiatives, analyzing opportunities and testing new approaches – and drive your own projects with real impact. Your tasks will include:

Build, execute & scale our outbound strategy and motion, e.g. in lead generation, prospecting, messaging Strengthen inbound by creating SEO, LLMO & web content that helps us reach the right audience organically, e.g. by monitoring traffic, creating blog articles and educational content Plan and execute events that activate our brand and build awareness Identify opportunities for automation & AI-tools and implement them in our GTM workflows Help build out and optimize the ginkgo website Support expansion projects with our existing customers

Your profile

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, marketing, economics or similar, Previous experience in consulting, VC, startups etc., Excellent analytical and communication skills, Entrepreneurial mindset and drive to make an impact, Native-level fluency in German and strong English skills.
