As a Founders Associate Intern - Growth for our G2M-Team, you will work very closely with Dirk (Director Marketing and Business Development) to bring charles' Go-to-Market motion to a new level.
You will be at the forefront to enable best-in class processes, data structures and prospect offerings. This position is perfect for someone who wants to move things and have an impact, while learning a lot on the way, especially in the Go-To-Market-side. All of this in one of the fastest-growing and exciting startups in Berlin.
THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Performance Steering Support
: Assist in tracking, analyzing, and optimizing key performance metrics across marketing and pre-sales functions
CRM Data & Process Management
: Help maintain and improve our CRM systems, ensuring data integrity and developing efficient processes
Go-to-Market Execution
: Contribute to our G2M strategy by creating compelling assets and implementing best practice setups
Cross-functional Collaboration
: Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to ensure alignment and maximize growth opportunities
