Your mission

Melotech is revolutionizing the way media assets are created and monetized using the power of technology. We are still in stealth, but our Founder is an experienced Entrepreneur and Investor. Our funding comes from leading VCs and Angels, including Cherry Ventures and SpeedInvest.



Your Role

Support our growth strategy and execute it with passion.

We're setting ambitious commercial targets for the next 6–12 months, and we need someone who can turn strategy into numbers. You'll play a core role in driving revenue, managing experiments, and identifying scalable growth levers across the business.


This is a high-responsibility role where you'll be working directly with the CEO and founding team across marketing, product, sales, and partnerships. It's the ideal environment if you thrive on ownership, pace, and results.

Identify and validate new growth channels & own growth projects Help build partnerships with creators, artists, and other brands Constantly question assumptions, challenge the status quo, and look for smarter ways to grow

Your profile

Full Time: 1+ years' experience in fast-paced working environments incl. but not limited to High-Growth Start-ups, Tier 1 Strategy Consulting, Venture Capital, Investment Banking Internship: Experience in fast-paced working environments via internships incl. but not limited to High-Growth Start-ups, Tier 1 Strategy Consulting, Venture Capital, Investment Banking Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels You are proactive and get things done A passion for music and entertainment Bonus: you've built something before (a newsletter, brand, TikTok page, or project you’re proud of)
